Frequently Asked Questions

Can students enroll for lessons after the start of the term?

Yes, students can enroll for lessons at any time.

Can we reschedule a lesson if it's canceled within 24 hours?

No, as per our policy we can’t give a makeup lesson if we haven’t received at least 24hrs notice of the cancellation. Also, students can only receive 2 makeup lessons per term.

When are lesson fees due?

Lesson Fees are due on the 1st of every month and are processed automatically via Credit Card or Pre-Authorized Debit Withdrawal.

Do we have to wear a mask in-person?

Masks are NOT mandatory but we encourage all our students and staff to wear a mask while engaged in in-person lessons at the school.
